ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To explore the pharmacoeconomic effect of Ginkgo dipyidamolum, argatroban or sodium ozagerl combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI). METHODS:In retrospective study,64 ACI patients were divided into group A(Ginkgo dipyidamolum+edaravone,22 cases),group B(argatroban+edaravone,19 cases)and group C (sodium ozagerl+edaravone,23 cases). Therapeutic efficacies were observed after 7-14 days of treatment;therapy cost was calculat-ed,and cost-minimization analysis was used to evaluate pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in to-tal effective rate among 3 groups(P>0.05);the costs of group A,group B and group C were 8 746.36 yuan,10 770.64 yuan and 8 264.67 yuan. Results of sensitivity analysis were in line with those of cost-minimization analysis. CONCLUSIONS:Therapy plan of sodium ozagerl+edaravone is the economical regime in the treatment of ACI .

ABSTRACT

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum on nerve symptom, sign and the nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods60 patients with DPN were divided randomly into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group. Routine therapy was conducted in control group. On the basis of routine therapy as control group, Ginkgo-Dipyidamolum was used by intravenous infusions in observation group for 4 weeks. The symptoms and physical sign of patients, and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were observed.ResultsAfter treatment, clinical symptoms, signs and NCV in observation group improved and were significantly different from that before treatment ( P<0.01), also significantly different from control group ( P<0.01).ConclusionGinkgo-Dipyidamolum can improve the nerve symptoms and signs of patients with DPN, and enhance NCV.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of Lipo PGE1 and Mecobalamine and Ginkgo-dipyidamolun in the treatment of dia-betic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided randomly into two groups; the control group (30 cases) and the treatment group (30 cases). The patients of the treatment group were given with Lipo PGE1 100 ?g dissolved in 0.9% normal saline solution 100ml once a day intravenously, and given mecobalamine 500 ?g once a day intramuscular, and given Ginko-dipyidamolum injection 20ml dissolved in 0.9% normal saline solution 250ml once a day intravenously; and in the control group were only given with mecobalamine 500?g once a day intramuscular. Nerve conduction velocity (MNCV and SNCV) in two groups of patients was observed after 14 days treatment. Results After treatment for 14 days, the subjective symptoms and signs were significantly improved with a total effective rate of 86.7% in the treatment group versus 56.7% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the total effective rates of treatment group was significantly higher (P
